Gifts of America is an independent guide to the best American-made gifts and the makers behind them.
Why we made this
Finding gifts that are actually made in the USA is harder than it should be. Search results are full of imports with a flag on the label. We wanted one place to find real American makers: chocolatiers, roasters, candle makers, potters, woodworkers, wool mills and the gift box companies that pack their work.
How we choose makers
- Made in the USA, in their own words. We only list brands that say on their own website that their products are made in the USA.
- Checked on the maker's own site. Before a brand is listed, we read its own website. Corporate and wholesale badges only appear when that site says the maker offers them.
- Independent makers first. Most of our makers are small, independent businesses. A few larger, long-running American brands are listed too.
- You buy from the maker. Gifts of America does not sell anything. Every listing links straight to the maker's own shop.
- Featured is always labeled. Featured makers get a top spot and always carry a “Featured” badge.
- Kept up to date. When a maker closes or stops making its products in the USA, we take it off the guide.
Prices
We only show a price when we've seen it on the maker's own website (prices last checked Oct 30, 2026). Prices can change, so the maker's site always has the final word.
Links
Links to makers carry a small tag (utm_source=giftsofamerica) so makers can see which visits came from us.
Photos
Photos on maker cards come from each maker's own website and link back to it. Category photos are made by Gifts of America to show the kind of gifts in each category, not a specific maker's products.
